From the very first arrival, the home evokes a profound sense of calm and stillness; an atmosphere Whiting was intent on preserving throughout the design. Materiality plays a central role in reinforcing this feeling. Responding to the client’s desire for lightness, a soft spectrum of whites forms the foundation, layered with warm, earthy tones to introduce depth and texture. The palette is anchored by Sandstone oak flooring from Royal Oak Floors, creating a harmonious and grounded interior.
